F/T, Permanent Position. Salary $ 22.00/hr for 35 hrs/week. Seeking a qualified person who can ssupervise and coordinate the activities of financial accounts management with the staff and clients; Supervise staff dealing with accounts payable, administering payroll, HST returns, Tax returns, Bookkeeping etc.; Assign work to staff and monitor their progress; Review financial information before submission to CRA and any other government agency; Provide accounting knowledge and support to internal staff and external clients; Maintain client database, collect feedback, and communicate to management; Prepare correspondence in case of any audits; Organize and coordinate clients meetings; Assemble financial information for clients; Supervise and monitor the performance of staff; Ensure proper operation of accounting firm and business office equipment’s; Resolve issues, if any and strengthen client relationships.
Job requirements / skill sets:
Successful candidate must have completion of college level diploma and relevant experience of one year to less than 2 years; self-motivated and work well in a team environment.Language – English
