F/T, Permanent Position. Salary $ 23.00/hr. Seeking a qualified person coordinate with various clients and manage administrative services.  Schedule appointments with clients, service providers. Maintain office ensuring safety and security of equipment’s. Perform electronic and paper filling system and labelling  as per immigration and real estate law.  Prepare and administer services including covid safety protocol, parking, arrange meetings and paper trail. Ongoing coordination with clients to obtain documents and fees. Key in information to fill forms online. Compile data and maintain database of client registration, signed agreements and invoices. Prepare and submit summary reports to management on the outcome of services rendered. Maintain inventory of supplies. Arrange cleaners and work with co-workers

Job requirements / skill sets:
Successful candidate must have completion of secondary school and relevant experience of 7 month to 1 year; self-motivated and work well in a team environment.
