Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• At least 1 year to less than 2 years recent related experience

Knowledge & Abilities:
• Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people and delegate work to office support staff,
• Ability to communicate effectively/tactfully both verbally and in writing,
• Ability to organize work,
• Ability to work both independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team,
• Ability to operate related equipment,
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the job,
• Must be able to work under pressure, tight deadlines, fast-paced environment,
• Pay attention to details,
• Must be reliable and flexible about the responsibilities,
• Advanced Microsoft application skills (Electronic mail, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills in English

As an Office Administrator with UHC, your responsibly will be:
• Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures,
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met,
• Carry out administrative activities of establishment,
• Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation,
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services,
• Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls,
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence,
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
