We used to buy diet bread from other stores,but due to the growth of our business & very high demand of customers,we’ve decided to run our own production line as we produce other organic products we are looking for a baker who is interested and familiar with organic products to help us in this position.

Salary: $15.50/Hourly

Job Requirements:
Languages Required: English
Minimum Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Minimum Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Manual dexterity, Physically demanding, Hand-eye co-ordination, Standing for extended periods, Attention to detail, Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Repetitive tasks, Tight deadlines, Handling heavy loads

Food Specialties:
Breads and Rolls, Desserts and pastries, Wedding and specialty cakes, Donuts and muffins, Cake Decorating

Main Duties and Specific Skills:
– Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders,
– Bake mixed dough and batters,
– Prepare special orders,
– Draw up production schedules, ensure that the quality of products meets established standards,
– Inspect kitchen and food service
– Operate machinery
