Lead cook at a busy road side family restaurant which serves early breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week and all year round.

Job duties include:

·       Prepare and cook complete breakfast , lunch and dinner menu items from scratch in a very busy family style restaurant.

·       Upon request, prepare and cook special meals for customers with special dietary needs.

·       Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers.

·       Oversee kitchen operations.

·       Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

·       Plan, set up and oversee special menus for special occasions such as Mother’s Day, Christmas etc.

·       Ensure kitchen and work area is always clean and up to health and safety standards.
