Oodle Noodle is a restaurant in Edmonton that has served authentic noodle dishes for around 12 years. Our company focused on provide freshly made food. Our founder Sonny Pham makes all of our noodles, sauces, and tofu in his Edmonton factory. That allowed us to continue Sonny’s quality when he opened the first Oodle Noodle on Whyte Ave in 2005. And it has always been our competitive advantage and will continue to be as Oodle Noodle grows.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Prepare food order summary according to restaurant menu and inventory
  • Estimate inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer needs, comments, and complaints
  • Ensure all employees are working within sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Train and supervise restaurant employees
  • Coordinate staff schedule to ensure appropriate staffing

 

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to  work under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Related work experience in food space service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline is an asset.

 

EDUCATION

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
