Hospitality is the mandate of Wine Academy and waitstaff are onhand to serve you and your guests in a restaurant setting if you wish. While you’re enjoying your vintages, there are several dining options to choose from. If you’re looking for some small sharing style plates that can be enjoyed casually amongst friends the Tapas menu is a great option. The tasting creations from our Chefs changes often so don’t be surprised if upon your next visit there are new offerings available. For a more traditional dining experience Wine Academy’s A La Carte menu offers selections from appetizers through to entrees. Prepared with a light and seasonal touch, there is bound to be a few options to compliment your glass of wine each and every time.

Job Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Marketing and Brand Development Director to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will lead our sales and marketing team and will have an outstanding track record in brand development and marketing initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establish brand and marketing objectives for the company and formulate policies designed to achieve both short-term and long-term goals
  • Responsible for creative branding via implementation of direct marketing and promotional campaigns
  • Organize marketing department and its senior staff members strategically to reach marketing and sales targets
  • Manage hiring of marketing team leads and oversee and coordinate their overall operations
  • Allocate financial resources to brand and marketing project implementation
  • Ensure KPIs reflect the company’s long-term marketing and branding goals
  • Use both contemporary and traditional marketing campaigns depending on the clientele and target audience


  • College Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, Commerce, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience as Brand and Marketing Manager
  • At least 5 years of experience in Direct and Targeted Marketing, Ad Ops, Programmatic Advertising
  • Excellent management and communications skills
  • Superb customer service skills
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Knowledge of other languages would be a great asset!

  • $100,000.00 annual at 35 hours per week
